I just made awesome pumpkin biscuits stuffed with turkey, pineapple and peas, and I didn’t even use a recipe. Ruby helped with the cutting. |

Ruby actually has a broken radius (arm). Children’s is the only place around that’ll fix a 2.5 year old so we’re @ the ER. |

Today (for the 1st time) I watched Ruby delay gratification, waiting > 10 min to eat an advent calendar chocolate, then eating it v. slowly. |

The deposit is paid so it’s official: Ruby starts a 20-hr/week montessori preschool on Jan 5. Earlier than we thought, but it’s a good time. |

Ruby’s up in Canada for a few days with her grandparents, having some pre-Christmas fun (baking, Santa, etc). I miss my afternoon nap cam. |

Ruby’s cast is off! She was a little skittish when the saw came out, but it took less than a minute to cut her cast off. |

Left work early so that I could take Ruby sledding and it was TOTALLY AWESOME. Bonus points for ride-the-papa style and bouncing off fences. |
